SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

Dispatch time frame:

Shipping is generally within 48 hours from when the order is placed. Please note that our warehouse team do not ship orders over the weekend or on Australian public holidays. Dispatch of your order may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.

Please note that the specified shipping time frames on your chosen shipping service refers to the number of days from the time of dispatch.


Shipping option & Cost:

For customers based in Australia - delivery options:

 

Standard Shipping:

Delivery in approximately 3-8 business days from the moment you receive your dispatch notification.

Cost: 15 AUD

Express Shipping:

Delivery in approximately 1-4 business days from when you receive your dispatch notification.

Cost: 19 AUD or FREE on orders over 300 AUD


For Australian customers:

  • By default, a signature is required for delivery. However, this will be overridden if you have 'Authority to Leave' set up on your Australia Post account.

  • We strongly recommend to avoid disappointment of missing your delivery to order to a workplace where someone is able to sign for your delivery.

Please check time frame in product description. All timeframes are from DISPATCHED date not Delivery date. Dispatch dates are an estimate and aren't guaranteed, please contact us for more insight into the items pre order timeframe.


International:

  • UK : Standard 48.30 AUD , Express 65.30 AUD
  • NEW ZEALAND : Standard 26.40 AUD ,  Express 43.40 AUD



Taxes & Duties:

International Orders (Outside Australia): As we ship from Australia,If your delivery address is outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be covered, calculated, or reimbursed by avoir official.



Exchanges:

For customers based in Australia

At avoir official, we want you to love your purchase. If you need a different size in the same style, we are happy to offer a size exchange at no additional exchange fee.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are available for the same style and colour only.
  • All items must be in original condition and tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned)
  • Customers may exchange for a different size, subject to stock availability.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition with all packaging included.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to avoir official.

 

How to Request an Exchange

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email us at avoir.official.au@gmail.com within 10 days of the delivery date , Items received outside this date will not be accepted.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The size you received
  • The size you would like to exchange for

Step 2 – Complete the Exchange Form

Please tick and complete the information sheet included with your order and place it inside your return parcel.

Step 3 – Wait for Approval

Please wait for our response before sending your item back. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

 

Return Timeframe

Once your exchange request has been approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days.

If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the exchange request may be cancelled and considered void.

 

Additional Information

  • avoir official covers the cost of shipping the replacement size to you.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when sending the original item back to avoir official.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • avoir official reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above.
