Shipping & exchange policy
Orders ship within 48 hours. Express shipping is free on Australian orders over $300.
Dispatch
Orders generally ship within 48 hours of being placed. We don't process orders on weekends or Australian public holidays, and orders may take longer during sales and promotions. Delivery timeframes start from your dispatch notification, not from when you place the order.

Delivery in Australia
- A signature is required by default, unless you have Authority to Leave set up.
- If nobody can sign, sending to a workplace helps make sure the parcel is accepted.
Pre-orders
Check the product description for the pre-order timeframe. Estimates are from the dispatch date, not the delivery date, and are estimates only. Contact us for specifics.
Taxes & duties
International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Avoir Official.
Exchanges
- Same style and colour only, subject to stock.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- You pay to send the item back. We pay to ship the replacement to you.
- Email avoir.official.au@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the size you received and the size you want.
- Complete the exchange form included with your order.
- Wait for our approval before sending the item back.
- Return the item within 7 days of approval.
